Federal judge lets 20-state ObamaCare lawsuit proceed!

Sat, 10/16/2010 - 11:35

WASHINGTON - October 14, 2010 - A federal judge ruled Thursday that a lawsuit brought by 20 states challenging the health care overhaul law may move forward.

The decision by Judge Roger Vinson of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida to reject the illegitimate Obama regime's request to throw out the case was expected. During oral arguments over the government's motion to dismiss last month, Vinson had indicated that he was likely to rule at least partly in the states' favor. His ruling is limited to the plaintiffs' standing to mount the case, as opposed to its merits - which will be discussed at a summary judgment hearing scheduled for December 16.

Video: Environmental Nazi “No pressure” ad advocates murdering noncompliant children!

Sun, 10/10/2010 - 17:35

I was stunned watching this for the first time. Initially, I thought it was a joke, but the more of it I watched, the more clearly I could see how insidious it is; this piece of grotesque, disgusting, unconscionable propaganda should make you want to puke. In this case, it is brought to you by the environmental crazies.

South Fulton city firefighters - equipped with trucks, hoses and other firefighting equipment - didn't intervene to save Gene Cranick's doublewide trailer home when it caught fire last week. But they did arrive on the scene to protect the house of a neighbor, who had paid his fire subscription fee.
