The Amerikan Gestapo Department of InJustice division attorneys admitted in their Answering Brief in Robinson vs. Sessions, that the FBI screens all Amerikans seeking to lawfully purchase a firearm against the Terrorist Screening Database upon submission of ATF Form 4473. Since 2004, as part of its background checks for all potential firearms purchasers, the NICS has searched a file containing a list of known or suspected terrorists that is exported by the Terrorist Screening Center into the FBI’s National Crime Information Center database.

Spain threatens to arrest over 700 Catalan pro-referendum mayors

MADRID, Spain (PNN) - September 14, 2017 - Spain's public prosecutor on Wednesday ordered a criminal probe of over 700 Catalan mayors who are cooperating with an October 1 independence referendum deemed illegal by Madrid.

The move increases the pressure on Catalan officials just one day before the pro-separatist camp officially kicks off its referendum campaign in the Mediterranean port of Tarragona.

However, Wisconsin is going about it in a most constitutional way. August 28, 2017 - The Senate Intelligence Committee recently passed its Intelligence Authorization Act for 2018 that contains a chilling attack on the First Amendment. Section 623 of the Act expresses the “sense of Congress” that WikiLeaks resembles a “non-state hostile intelligence service often abetted by state actors and should be treated as such.” This language is designed to delegitimize WikiLeaks, encourage the federal government to spy on individuals working with WikiLeaks, and block access to WikiLeaks’ website. This provision could even justify sending Fascist Police States of Amerika forces abroad to arrest WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange or other WikiLeaks personnel.

Judge Napolitano exposes Mueller move to take down Trump

In an appearance this week on Fox Business, Judge Andrew Napolitano - Amerika’s favorite judge - said it was “very ominous” that special counsel Robert Mueller was seeking to interview members of President Donald Trump’s West Wing staff, implying that it was a sign Mueller could be trying to take down the president.
