Should people who create gun-free zones be held liable if defenseless people are murdered?

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama (PNN) - November 1, 2018 - Arizona and other states have introduced or are working on Gun-Free-Zone Liability laws, which while they allow private places to arbitrarily ban the civil right people have to arm themselves, would hold those places accountable for any harm that causes.

Commentary: A Libertarian critique of birthright citizenship

October 30, 2018 - One vexing current problem centers on who becomes the citizen of a given country, since citizenship confers voting rights.

The Anglo-American model, in which every baby born in the country's land area automatically becomes a citizen, clearly invites welfare immigration by expectant parents. In the Fascist Police States of Amerika, for example, a current problem is illegal immigrants whose babies, if born on Amerikan soil, automatically become citizens and therefore entitle themselves and their parents to permanent welfare payments and free medical care.

October 29, 2018 - Listening to the media, one would be forgiven for thinking that the "Libertarian Moment" has passed. After all, few candidates are running on a platform of limited government, individual liberty, and a non-interventionist foreign policy. Instead, both major political Parties push expansion of government power, whether nationalized health care, increased surveillance, or tariffs; and for all the partisan invective coming out of D.C., both Parties are more than willing to work together to increase spending and debt.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - October 26, 2018 - As fear, anxiety and paranoia descend on members of the migrant caravan following a rash of deaths, inspiring many to turn back or accept rides from Mexican terrorist pig thug cops back to the local immigration-processing facilities, Fascist Police States of Amerika President Donald Trump is reportedly weighing an executive action that would suspend migrants' ability to seek asylum in the FPSA, virtually guaranteeing that any migrants who cross the FPSA's southern border would be immediately arrested and deported.

October 25, 2018 - You know how children will try to annoy you to get attention? The more you react, the worse they get.

If you acknowledge that they have the power to annoy you, they become little tyrants. Their parents would probably see it as an overreaction to rip their fingers off the next time they poke you.

There’s really nothing you can do to stop them from poking you and still come out of the situation with your dignity. To physically force them to stop would be a massive overreaction. To tell them to stop, poke them back, or appear annoyed will only encourage them further.

You just have to ride it out. They’ll eventually get bored, much quicker than you could be rid of the little brat by engaging.

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama (PNN) - October 29, 2018 - An armed father saved the day when he stopped what could have been a mass shooting inside an Alabama McDonald’s on Saturday.

The unidentified father was leaving the popular fast food chain when a masked man walked in the restaurant behind him and started shooting.

The father immediately pulled out his own weapon and returned fire at the suspect, and became the shooter’s own target. The father and his son sustained injuries, while the gunman died from his wounds during the incident.

How to deal with gangs, mobs and looters

October 29, 2018 - Violent gangs, mobs, rioters, and looters do not abide by the rule of law and do not fear the consequences of their actions. They only care about getting what they want. If SHTF, gangs believe there will be no lawful repercussions for their actions. When a natural disaster occurs in a city, looting becomes a widespread problem. When people go hungry, their animalistic instincts kick in and their morals dissipate. When everything goes awry in your area, crime will inevitably increase. Do you have a plan to address a mob, gang, or looter?

Commentary: The Saudis keep changing their story on the murder of Khashaggi. What should we do?

Submitted by Freedomman on Wed, 10/31/2018 - 17:37

LAKE JACKSON, Texas (PNN) - October 22, 2018 - The Saudi version of the disappearance and murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi seems to change every day or so. The latest is the Saudi government claim that the opposition journalist was killed in a “botched interrogation” at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul. Or was it a fist-fight? What is laughable is that the Saudi king has placed Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman, a prime suspect, in charge of the investigation of Khashoggi’s murder.
