Montana jury refuses to convict anyone for marijuana possession

A Montana court case against a man who was arrested for possessing 16 grams of marijuana has been dismissed because the judge was unable to find a jury that would be willing to convict! This is a prime example of the powerful deterrent against arbitrary government prosecutions that jury nullification represents.
