In what can only be described as an overt act of government tyranny, the United States has set up a web site to encourage you to sell your old cars. However, when you agree to do so you also give ownership and absolute control of not only your computer system, but everything with which your computer system comes in contact! In effect, the federal government owns you if you register with this web site.

How to prevent a heart attack!

If you take an aspirin or a baby aspirin once a day, take it at night.  The reason: aspirin has a 24-hour "half-life". Therefore, if most heart attacks happen in the wee hours of the morning, the aspirin would be strongest in your system.

June 29, 2009 - Tina Ames owns the Craftsmen Cafe, a Clarence, New York eatery that specializes in organic comfort fare such as chicken soup and apple pie. Recently she needed to replace her restaurant's roof, a $7,000 job. Ames was loath to part with that much cash and didn't want to take out a loan.

Her solution? She cut a deal with a local contractor who handled the roofing job in exchange for a Ford F-150 pickup that Ames no longer needed. "I grew up on a farm," she says. "If you had eggs and someone else had corn, you traded. It's an old way of doing things, and it makes a lot of sense.
