Schools are grooming students for a surveillance state!

FreedomRadio.us - Sat, 09/04/2010 - 09:44

August 28, 2010 - The increasing use of student surveillance and intrusion of school districts into students’ extra-curricular conduct should alarm us all.   Whether it is a district surveilling students in their bedrooms via webcam, conducting random drug or locker searches, strip-searching students, lowering the standard for searching students from “probable cause” to “reasonable suspicion,” disciplining students for conduct outside of school hours, searching their cell phones and text messages, or forcing them to undergo pregnancy testing, student privacy is under increasing threat.

FreedomRadio.us - Sat, 09/04/2010 - 09:40

WASHINGTON - August 28, 2010 - The EPA is apparently considering banning ammunition made out of lead, the idea being that it is an environmental hazard. One cannot decide whether this is an end run around the Second Amendment, or just another example of environmental lunacy.

Commentary: We need a Revolution, not a Movement

FreedomRadio.us - Sat, 09/04/2010 - 09:37

By Chuck Baldwin

August 27, 2010 - The elections of 2008 (and the early elections of 2010) produced two significant phenomena: the “Ron Paul Revolution,” and the “Tea Party Movement.” And, mark it down: both of them will have profound effects upon the upcoming November elections–and upon the 2012 elections as well. Call them what you want, however, America doesn’t need another movement; it needs a genuine revolution.
