Putting aside the matter of whether or not that is even true, the use of electronic voting machines in many jurisdictions has made any such claims a complete joke.

Trump vs. Clinton: battle of the signs - a social experiment

Documentarian and journalist Ami Horowitz decided to conduct an experiment to honestly evaluate the true attitudes of Republicans and Democrats. First he held an “I love Hillary” sign in front of the Republican National Convention. Then he traveled to Philadelphia and held an “I love Trump” sign in front of the Democrat National Convention. The results speak for themselves.
