According to Michael, it was exactly what he needed. In this clip, we get into an uncomfortable truth about modern life - we have gotten really, really good at removing discomfort. We can summon food, entertainment, transportation and distraction without ever leaving the couch. It sounds great, until you start wondering why so many people feel restless, anxious and disconnected.
