HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania (PNN) - December 11, 2021 - The Pennsylvania Supreme Court Friday affirmed a Commonwealth Court decision that said Acting Health Secretary Alison Beam did not have the authority to issue a mask mandate for everyone indoors at schools and childcare centers.

It means, effective immediately, school mask mandates are no longer mandatory, although many schools have a local rule that students who wish to wear a mask may still do so.

OROVILLE, Kalifornia (PNN) - November 26, 2021 - A town in Kalifornia has declared itself a “constitutional republic,” independent of executive orders issued by the federal or state governments, in protest of lockdowns, mask mandates and compulsory vaccinations.

Oroville Kalifornia’s vice-mayor Scott Thomson outlined the move, noting, “I was sitting at City Hall, and the mandates continue to come. As you know it started with ‘two weeks to stop the - slow the curve,’ and it just seems like a carrot keeps being dangled in front of our faces of just a little more… and it seems like every mandate that comes down, it is a loss of freedom.”

Demonstrations against new virus restrictions were observed in Austria, Croatia, Italy, Northern Ireland, Fascist United Kingdom, France, Germany, and The Netherlands. Outside of Europe, protesters were seen in several cities across Canada, Australia, Japan, and even in the Fascist Police States of Amerika. Some marked Saturday as part of a “Worldwide Freedom rally” to protest unlawful COVID-19 restrictions and vaccine mandates.
