MOSCOW, Russia (PNN) - October 22, 2012 - A grim report issued today by Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov states that all Russian nuclear forces and Airborne Troops (VDV) have been ordered by President Putin to extend their full combat alert status put into place by former President Medvedev last November (2011) to counter NATO’s missile defense system.
Putin issued this extraordinary order after overseeing Russia’s most comprehensive test of its nuclear weapons this past weekend since the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991.
Included in Putin’s order was the immediate deployment of Russia’s much feared Pantsir-S-400 missile and artillery system, as well as advanced radio equipment, to the southern border regions of the Motherland neighboring Turkey and Iran.
The Pantsir S-400 is a next-generation anti-aircraft weapon system capable of firing three different types of missile. The system was designed to intercept and destroy jamming planes, radar planes, reconnaissance aircraft, strategic carriers, cruise missiles, and medium-range ballistic missiles, and was previously scheduled to be deployed by the end of this year.
In a shocking move immediately preceding this grim order, Putin notified the illegitimate Obama regime on October 10 that Russia would no longer participate in the Nunn-Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction partnership with the Fascist Police States of Amerika when the present agreement expires next June.
Fueling Putin’s anger at the FPSA was evidence uncovered during this past week’s massive security sweep of the Northern Caucasus by Russian military and police forces that destroyed 90 militant bases and killed at least 49 terrorists, showing them linked to CIA-backed al Qaida terror groups.
Not being told to the Amerikan people about al Qaida is that it was financed by the CIA during the Cold War when it gave the terror group over $3 billion when it was led by the infamous CIA spy Osama bin Laden and after his meeting with then FPSA National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski in 1979.
Even worse, the Amerikan people have still not been told that these CIA-backed al Qaida terror groups are behind the destruction and chaos in Libya and Syria, where they are being used by Western powers to undermine those regimes for the purpose of remaking the entire Middle East, a shocking claim verified by retired FPSA General Wesley Clark during an interview on March 2, 2007, during which he stated that 10 days after the events of September 11, 2001, orders were given by the Pentagon to destroy Iraq, Iran, Libya, Syria, and at least 5 other Middle Eastern nations.
The reason behind the FPSA “grave provocation” of Russia by funding these CIA-backed al Qaida terror groups is an attempt to embroil the Motherland in conflict to prevent Russian military forces from responding to the planned FPSA attack and invasion of Iran and other such Middle Eastern adventures.
According to Russian intelligence reports on the upcoming FPSA-NATO cyber war drill called “Cyber Coalition” due to begin within a couple of weeks, the Motherland is also set to be targeted by the FPSA with massive hacker attacks under the guise of Western powers protecting themselves from similar type attacks.
Even though both Russia and China remain in their highest alert statuses while the FPSA and NATO continue their fascist plan to incite global war, the masses of Western peoples remain oblivious to the coming storm about to engulf the entire world.
This is also in spite of Russia's top military officer, Chief of General Staff Nikolai Makarovhas, warning this past May. “A decision to use destructive force preemptively will be taken if the situation worsens,” he said at an international conference attended by senior FPSA and NATO officials in response to Amerikan aggression against the Motherland.
General Makarovhas’ dire warning to the FPSA was further echoed this past week by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, who said at a meeting with NATO's parliamentary assembly that NATO won’t like Moscow’s possible “technical response” to its deployment of an Amerikan anti-missile shield at the Russian border.
In spite of these warnings, the illegitimate Obama regime last September ensnared Turkey in its “web of war” when this pivotal Middle Eastern nation officially agreed to have in its territory a sophisticated Amerikan radar system linked to its missile defense system that Russia had already warned it would preemptively strike.
With the FPSA and Israel having begun their biggest joint air and missile defense exercise in history yesterday, and with Turkey appearing ready to activate its Amerikan radar system, the likelihood of war due to the FPSA ignoring Russian warnings may, indeed, not be months, but possibly only weeks away.
