No charges brought against cowardly pig thug bastard cop.
MELBOURNE, Florida (PNN) - January 16, 2012 - Melbourne pig thug cop Derek Middendorf turned off his dash cam before stepping out of his patrol car and kicking a mild-mannered 66-year-old man with dementia in the groin.
The hulking pig thug bastard cop then fell on top of the feeble Albert Flowers, punching and choking him repeatedly while a fellow bastard outlaw pig thug cop ran up and tasered the old man in the face.
When they were done brutally beating the helpless Flowers, they had the audacity to charge him with battery on a pig thug cop and resisting arrest by outlaw pig thug cop bastards.
The victim of these fascist pig thugs remained hospitalized for a month.
Meanwhile, the pig thug cop department was able to retrieve the video from the hard drive, even though Middendorf had turned it off, in direct violation of department policy.
They issued him a written reprimand for turning off the camera. No other charges have been brought against the outlaw Middendorf.
Middendorf claimed he was in fear for his life from the helpless Flowers, though every sane thinking person who has heard him make this claim believes it to be a blatant lie. Middendorf is a trained cop; Flowers is a mentally ill old man.
The incident took place in October. Flowers’ family filed a complaint against the department on Friday.

Pig thug cops responded after they said they received a call that Flowers had pulled a knife on one of his employees. Family members said Flowers suffers from dementia.
By the time the (pig thug cops) showed up, everything was fine, and the gentleman in the white shirt that you see in the (original) video told the pig thug cop before the cowardly bastard kicked Flowers.
He said, “Look, he has dementia. You need to talk slowly because sometimes he has a hard time understanding what is going on,” and the pig thug cowardly cop shook his head and kicked him,” said Flowers’ attorney.
They are planning to sue the pig thug bastard cop and the pig thug cop department, which refuses to prosecute this outlaw bastard coward Middendorf for criminal assault and battery of a citizen.
