Catherine Austin Fitts, Publisher of The Solari Report, about why the fight over CBDCs may be a distraction from a bigger threat: stablecoins, digital tokens and programmable money. Fitts warns that while CBDCs are often presented as the ultimate tool of financial control, the U.S. may be moving toward a public-private model that she says could be “much more terrifying” because of reduced accountability.
