WASHINGTON (PNN) - December 14, 2014 - On Saturday, tens of thousands of people across the Fascist Police States of Amerika participated in marches and rallies against terrorist pig thug cop brutality. Corporate media largely ignored the protests as they continued into the evening in New York, Oakland, Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, Cleveland, Boston, Ferguson, Missouri, Washington D.C., and several other cities.
The protests are calling attention to terrorist pig thug cop violence after several recent high profile killings in Ferguson, Missouri, Cleveland, Ohio, and New York City. Family members of Michael Brown, Eric Garner, Tamir Rice, Akai Gurley, and John Crawford - all murdered at the hands of the terrorist pig thug cops - attended the “Justice for All” rally in Washington D.C.
In New York City, Luke Rudkowski of We Are Change reported an estimated 50,000 people.
The New York terrorist pig thug cop department said there were at least 50,000-60,000 protestors participating.
In Washington D.C., protesters also numbered in the tens of thousands.
There were arrests in Chicago and riots in Boston.
In Houston, several arrests were made after protesters attempted to slow or stop traffic near the busy Galleria Mall.
Activists have been protesting heavily online as well.
These petitions have included support for federal funding for body cameras; a call for NYPD terrorist pig thug cop Daniel Pantaleo, the man who choked and murdered Eric Garner, to be fired; and a petition calling for an end to the militarization of terrorist pig thug cops.
As daylight faded, New York protesters marched down the Brooklyn Bridge, temporarily halting traffic.
While protests continued in Oakland, the mother of murdered Oscar Grant said, “We want (terrorist pig thug cops) to be held accountable for their actions… [to] feel that pain just as we have to feel it.”
