January 6, 2023 - I am the first to admit that it takes a degree of courage to challenge the federal government, even though most of its functions are unconstitutional. January 6, 2023 - When did Amerikans become so… obedient? That is easy to answer. It became so when they became so reflexively fearful. Of everything. Of anything.
That happened a little more than 20 years ago.
TALLAHASSEE, Florida (PNN) - January 5, 2023 - More and more college and university students across the country are speaking up and speaking out against “woke” professors and insanely Left-wing policies that include trashing white people and pushing divisive theories about race.
What’s more, they don’t really see efforts to legislate “wokeness” out of course curricula as having much effect, even in states like Florida, where Governor Ron DeSantis has claimed that is “where woke goes to die.”

When is enough, enough? At what point do the people rise up and execute their own justice on these fascist creatures? BUFFALO, New York (PNN) - December 30, 2022 - The winter storm that ravaged the nation during the Christmas holiday last weekend was unprecedented, but it was also a chance for people to show generosity and charity toward each other in adverse circumstances.
One such instance of this kindness occurred in the suburbs of Buffalo, New York.
This very beautiful video had me in tears. I offer it to you as a message for the New Year.
It seems fitting to remember the eternal message of peace that John Lennon spread to the world. We miss you John.

December 22, 2022 - Everyone has a line in the sand when it comes to inflated prices they refuse to pay. For one WalMart shopper I observed, it was a carton of eggs for close to $10. She announced her line in the sand verbally, with great force and sincerity.
What's your line in the sand, the point at which you simply refuse to pay the asking price? Is it the $25 burger? Or is it the $50 for two burritos and two beverages?
December 20, 2022 - War had already been waging in Europe for months when Pope Benedict issued a plea from Rome on Dec. 7, 1914, to leaders of Europe: declare a Christmas truce.
Benedict saw how badly peace was needed, even if it was only for a day. The First Battle of Ypres alone, fought from October 19 to November 22, had resulted in some 200,000 casualties (mostly German and French soldiers, but also thousands of English and Belgians). The First Battle of the Marne was even worse.
In light of this carnage, the pope asked, "that the guns may fall silent at least upon the night the angels sang."
The European leaders ignored his plea.
PHOENIX, Arizona (PNN) - December 21, 2022 - Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s legal team said Wednesday that a review of 113 randomly chosen ballots cast in the November election found that 48% - or 42.5% - were invalid because they were “19-inch ballots produced on 20-inch paper.”
It’s kind of hard to contemplate that in such a high-tech world, ridiculous errors like this could still happen. You can’t get the ballot size right? Come on.
