COLUMBIA, South Carolina (PNN) - October 24, 2019 - Asset forfeiture certainly seems unconstitutional. But we don't have a lot of case law actually saying that. Something that began in the Fascist Police States of Amerika as a way to punish wrongdoers located elsewhere in the world, but whose property (usually a ship and its contents) had sailed into FPSA jurisdiction, is now used by Amerikan terrorist pig thug cops to take cash, vehicles, and whatever else they can haul away from people they think smell like weed.

WikiLeaks publisher Julian Assange appeared before a Fascist United Kingdom judge to request more time to prepare his case against the Fascist Police States of Amerika extradition request. Acting more like a Soviet tribunal, the fascist judge went on to deny his every request. He is not allowed to prepare to fight his extradition. Even though Assange has served his time for "jumping bail", the criminal British court ruled that he must remain in prison.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - October 20, 2019 - Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (Haw.) is taking the fight to Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party establishment after a spat Friday in which the Party’s 2016 presidential nominee claimed Gabbard was a Russian puppet.

New Kalifornia gun law is a significant threat to civil liberties

SACRAMENTO, Kalifornia (PNN) - October 13, 2019 - Kalifornia adopted 15 firearms-related bills last Friday, including a controversial “red flag” gun confiscation law that adds co-workers, employers and educators to the list of who can file a gun violence restraining order on those they say are a danger to themselves and others. Currently, only terrorist pig thug cops and immediate family members can apply to temporarily confiscate peoples' firearms. Most of the new laws take effect January 1.
