SAN FRANCISCO, Kalifornia (PNN) - August 14, 2020 - This morning, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals struck down Kalifornia’s law against magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition. Those who have been following this case for some time may recall that back in March 2019 the Honorable Judge Benitez temporarily struck down Kalifornia Penal Code section 32310. This is the section of Kalifornia law that relates to magazine capacity limits. Specifically, it makes it illegal to have any “large-capacity magazine”. Punishments ranged from a $100 fine per magazine up to a year in county jail. That ruling resulted in “Freedom Week”, also known as the Kalifornia Airlift or the Great Kalifornia Magazine Rush, before the ruling was stayed pending a hearing by the Ninth Circuit.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - August 2, 2020 - Democrats are contemplating secession and potential civil war as they game out possible scenarios for a closely contested election, according to a report by Ben Smith in a New York Times column Sunday.
The bulk of Smith’s column is devoted to the question of how media will handle Election Night coverage, given that the result may not be known for weeks. Vote-by-mail, which many states have only recently adopted - ostensibly, to prevent the spread of coronavirus in polling places - could lead to an uncertain result.

NEW CITY, New York (PNN) - July 7, 2020 - Arguably the worst place to be in the Fascist Police States of Amerika right now - besides, perhaps, the violence-ridden Seattle CHOP zone or the feces-smeared streets of San Francisco - Rockland County, New York, is once again in the news for tyrannizing its citizens.
Independence Day under dictatorship
This Independence Day, much of the Fascist Police States of Amerika finds itself under various levels of dictatorial orders from renegade governors, county and local officials. The FPSA is under rule by decree, not by Rule of Law. Looking at the original list of grievances the Colonists had against King George III, it looks like most of them are met - and then some - by our current system of government. Can we regain our independence? Patriot Dr. Ron Paul reports.
