Secret court rebukes NSA for 5-year illegal surveillance of FPSA citizens

WASHINGTON (PNN) - May 26, 2017 - Fascist Police States of Amerika intelligence agencies conducted illegal surveillance on Amerikan citizens over a five-year period, a practice that earned them a sharp rebuke from a secret court that called the matter a “very serious” constitutional issue.

The criticism is in a lengthy secret ruling that lays bare some of the frictions between the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and FPSA intelligence agencies obligated to obtain the court’s approval for surveillance activities.

New Hampshire Senate kills bill banning support for warrantless federal spying programs

CONCORD, New Hampshire (PNN) - May 25, 2017 - The New Hampshire Senate killed a bill that would have banned “material support or resources” to warrantless federal spying.

Rep. Neal Kurk and Rep. Carol McGuire sponsored House Bill 171, along with two cosponsors. The legislation would prohibit the state or its political subdivisions from assisting a federal agency in the collection of electronic data without a warrant.

Susan Rice seeking immunity for testimony before Congress

Comey, Jr., as the Director of the (Amerikan Gestapo) Federal Bureau of Investigation (division).
